Our Mission

Our mission is to create an online HOA directory with update contact We Are in the Process of Collecting We Are in the Process of Collecting Information for Homeowner Associations across the United States.

It's a huge project but we think it will be a very valuable tool for the residential real estate community.

As agents, it's very frustrating trying to help buyers find a copy of the covenants and restrictions in order to make sure they can actually do what they plan to do after purchasing their home.

As lenders and closing attorneys, it's frustrating and time consuming trying to find out if the HOA dues are current on a particular home and that it's unencumbered.

It's a mission that we think in worthwhile.
